Welcome to Health Services

  same services as a family doctor's office, and more. We

  provide confidential, student-centered health care, including

  comprehensive medical care, travel medicine and education,

  immunization, and referrals for specialized treatment.

  The multidisciplinary health team includes family physicians,

  registered nurses, a dietician, and support staff. We're here
  to help support you in achieving your personal and academic

  goals.

 

 

Clinic Closure:

There will be no evening clinic on Wednesday January 25th. Health Services will be open from 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Flu Shots:

Flu shots are still available for January 2012.

You can book your appointment for your flu shot through your web access account, in person or by calling 416-978-8030.

Please remember to bring you health card.

UHIP coverage: 

Students are required to present proof of coverage at every appointment.

If you are a new or returning international student with UHIP coverage please ensure that you have proof of valid coverage for the new school year.

If you have not received your UHIP card you will be able to obtain a print out with your coverage dates from the UHIP office, Rm 202, Koffler Center.

Service Agreement:
All patients will be required to sign a Service Agreement.

TB Testing Update: Changes to our TB testing policy - see Services Offered

Communication through HS Web Access Accounts:
Beginning in June, patients will now receive doctor recall letters, specialist appointment details and invoices online through their Health Service Web Access Accounts.

Please be sure to check your account when you receive an email stating "a new item has been added to your online U of T Health Services Account."
